Objective and Scope
The objective of this technical committee is to provide a focal point and working group to develop guidelines for effective preconstruction engineering management based on systematic approaches of managing preconstruction engineering activities and resources including time, funds, and personnel.The AASHTO Technical Committee on Preconstruction Engineering Management was established in September 1985.
